ABOUT ACCESS SELF-STORAGE
We have a total of 120 storage units located
at 53 Pinckney Road in the Town of Dryden.
The units are two different sizes. We have 80 5x10 units for $50/month and 40 10x10 units for $75/month. NOT ALL UNITS ARE AVAILABLE ALL THE TIME.
The facility is located approximately 4.5 miles from Cornell University (10 minute drive) and 7 miles from Ithaca College (about a 15 minute drive).

UNITS & PRICES
5' x 10'
Our five-foot by ten-foot units will typically hold two rooms' worth of furnishings and other belongings: ideal for a studio or one-bedroom apartment, or a small office.

These units can usually accommodate furniture and boxes for about four rooms: one large apartment, a small house, or slightly larger offices.

COMMON QUESTIONS
1. Is the facility climate controlled?
The facility is not climate controlled. The storage unit will be approximately the same temperature as the outside.
2. What kind of access will I have to the unit?
You will have 24 hour access, 7 days a week.
3. Can I store my car in the unit?
Our largest units are 10 feet x 10 feet.
4. Is there an administrative fee?
We charge a 1 time $10 admin fee and a $15 lock deposit. The $15 deposit is refundable when your contract ends.
5. What kind of lock is provided?
We provide combination locks. For details on using a combination lock, please visit ehow.com.
6. Can I store animals or perishables in the unit?
The facility is not a controlled environment; therefore, never store live animals, perishables, liquids, explosives, flammable liquids and fuels, or toxic materials.
7. Do you supply movers?
We do not have a moving business, nor do we help you move into or out of your storage unit.
8. How much space do I need?
Our units are 5 feet by 10 feet and 10 feet by 10 feet. The suggested rental size is dependent on how much you own. We suggest measuring the size of your boxes and furniture.
9. Can I view the lease?

POLICIES & GUIDELINES
All personal possessions that you place in our self-storage spaces are your responsibility: they are not insured by our storage facility. The type of insurance and coverage limits you may need depend entirely on what you plan to store. If you own a home, your homeowner's policy may cover contents stored in storage facilities off your property; check with your insurance agency for details.
